Refund Policy

At Ocala 360 & Beyond LLC, we strive to provide excellent service and transparent policies. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for 360 Photo Booth rentals and more.
1. Deposit Policy

No deposit is required to book.
2. Full Payment and Cancellation

Full payment is due before the event setup.

Cancellations made:

Before delivery and paid or partial paid will be refunded. Once equipment is delivered and setup and a cancel needs to take place. No refund

3. No Show / Day-of Cancellation

If the Client cancels on the day of the event, or if our team arrives and is unable to provide service due to the Client or venue (e.g., no access, no power, unsafe conditions), no refund will be issued.
4. Service Interruptions

In the rare event that we are unable to provide services due to technical failure, staff illness, or other reasons within our control:

A full refund will be issued, or

The Client may choose to reschedule at no additional charge

If services are partially delivered (e.g., 2 of 3 booked hours completed), a partial refund will be issued based on time missed.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather). However, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your event at no extra cost.
