By booking our 360 Photo Booth rental service, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment

No deposit required but full payment required before setup.

The remaining balance is due before setup.

Payment methods accepted: Debit/Credit card, Zelle, Cash app, Venmo, Cash. No Checks.
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations have to be made before delivery day
3. Client Responsibilities
-
The Client must ensure there is:
-
A flat, solid surface at least [e.g., 10x10 ft] for setup
-
Access to power within [e.g., 25 feet]
-
Sufficient clearance around the booth for guest movement and safety
-

Any venue restrictions must be disclosed in advance.
4. Service Time and Overage
-
Service time begins and ends at the scheduled rental period.

Delays caused by the Client or venue may shorten the service time.

Additional time is available at a rate of [insert rate] per hour, subject to availability.
5. Damage and Liability

The Client is responsible for any damages caused to the 360 Photo Booth or related equipment by guests or event staff unless accidental insurance is purchased.

Ocala 360 & Beyond LLC is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by misuse of the equipment.

We reserve the right to shut down services if there is a threat to equipment or staff safety, without refund.
6. Use of Photos and Videos

We may use photos or videos for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media), unless the Client opts out in writing.

All media captured may be shared with the Client digitally unless otherwise specified.
7. Technical Issues
-
In the rare event of technical failure or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outage, weather), our liability is limited to a refund equal to the portion of time not serviced.

We make every effort to ensure full functionality and satisfaction.
8. Force Majeure
[Your Business Name] is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
9. Conduct

We maintain a family-friendly environment and reserve the right to stop services due to inappropriate behavior, excessive intoxication, or threats to safety.
10. Agreement
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
